Basic Advantages of the Concept

• Close proximity to the geothermal heat source needed for creating high pressure steam.
• High pressure due to the ocean depth increasing the enthalpy of the steam.
• Unlimited amount of cooling water directly available for the condensation process.
• This concept can be realized through a reasonable extension of existing technology.
• Numerous potential sites are located off the west coast of the continental USA and Hawaii with various additional sites around our planet.
• It has the potential of totally replacing oil with a non polluting energy source.
